On April 14, the 22nd China Western International Advertising Festival and the 18th Chongqing International LED Urban Landscape Lighting Exhibition opened at the Chongqing International Conference and Exhibition Center. With the theme of "Green, Environmental Protection, Communication, Creativity, Innovation," it showcases the most influential advertising (packaging) industry procurement event in the western region of China.

This exhibition gathers many excellent brands, covering high-end brands in the fields of advertising printing equipment, laser engraving equipment, graphic office, materials, commercial design, visual merchandising, boards, display equipment, light boxes, signs, LED, landscape lighting, commercial lighting, smart signage, displays, and rural revitalization exhibition areas, presenting a complete and mature (advertising packaging) production application system.
It is understood that there are tens of thousands of plate-making, publishing, newspaper, printing and packaging factories, and advertising companies in the central and western regions. Traditional printing and packaging equipment and processes can no longer meet the rapidly growing demands of the high-end market. The printing and packaging industry in the central and western regions, represented by Chongqing, Sichuan, Guizhou, and Hubei, is ushering in huge development opportunities.

Especially with the in-depth promotion of national strategies such as the "Belt and Road" initiative, the development of the Yangtze River Economic Belt, the new development of the western region, and the construction of the Chengdu-Chongqing economic circle, as well as the accelerated transfer of industries from the eastern coastal areas to the central and western regions, industries such as food and beverage, biomedicine, tobacco and alcohol, automobiles, and electronics are developing rapidly, continuously stimulating the infinite potential of the western region.
At the same time, under the new development pattern of domestic circulation as the main body and mutual promotion of domestic and international dual circulation, the printing and packaging manufacturing industry is also facing profound reshaping. It is urgent to develop green printing and digital printing as the leading technologies, increase the promotion of new technologies, new processes, and new materials that are environmentally friendly and low-carbon, accelerate the transformation of printing equipment, improve processing technology, and push the traditional packaging industry towards the transformation and upgrading of environmentally friendly packaging and smart packaging.
