There are countless exhibitions of all sizes in life, and even professional exhibitions are uneven. How to participate in exhibitions to win customers is a problem that troubles many people. In fact, to achieve the best results and maximize efficiency in participating in exhibitions, we need to master some exhibition skills.
To ensure that the exhibitions you participate in win as many customers as possible, companies should:
1.Only choose the right exhibitions.Here, I believe that companies should choose professional exhibitions rather than comprehensive ones. Even if the comprehensive exhibitions are well-known, the results may not be very good.
2.Do a good job in the preliminary work.First, the release of information about participating in the exhibition should be targeted to invite potential customers to attend the exhibition discussions. If resources allow, a broad invitation should be published in professional media to unknown potential customers who may be interested in discussions, and provide good reception for them. Secondly, necessary material preparation is essential, including company brochures, sales management manuals, product manuals, business cards, etc.
3.Booth selection and design.The purpose of the exhibition is to showcase your products to customers, attract them, and ultimately make transactions. The choice of booth is also very important. For example, a double-sided booth at a corner is more attractive to viewers than a single-sided booth, and the cost is not too high. The booth design should be eye-catching and attract the audience's attention, with professionalism being a key point.
4.Including the arrangement of samples and the design of samples.As much as possible, place high-demand and distinctive products in prominent positions; this is a basic principle.
We all know that customers choose products based on several important principles: whether the product can bring stable and considerable economic benefits; whether the product can gain popularity at the end-user level and smoothly enter the ultimate market; whether the product will not have adverse effects on themselves; whether the product has no substitutes among the products they already represent and has unique characteristics, etc. In fact, it is a matter of trust. Ms. Wang believes that to solve the trust issue, first, you must have confidence in yourself, which is the beginning of establishing a good trust relationship. Second, provide various real information about the company and products to customers honestly; never treat your customers as outsiders. In fact, many of your customers are more knowledgeable than you. Third, you need to make customers understand that the benefits are shared by everyone. Finally, you must prove that the services, support, delivery, etc., promised to distributors are executed and implemented without fail, with the aim of instilling firm confidence in target customers regarding the promised benefits.
Only by doing this can companies win more customers at exhibitions.
